Roles and Responsibilities
To ensure 100% timely compliance on all statutory obligations
Effective Transportation Management for Site employees.
Effective Cafeteria & Pantry service Management.
Ensure CSW Management ( Cyber Security )
To ensure high quality of Housekeeping & Security services.
Ensure high standard to all Admin & facilities related tasks & documentation.
Ensure all Admin related policies & communications are timely & uniformly deployed.
To continuously work on cost optimization of resources area like Hotels, local transport arrangement and Contractors.
To provide high level of hospitality orientated front office management services, like booking of hotel, transport arrangements and event management.
Ensure all Security Policies, procedures and Protocols are properly displayed and communicated to employees.
To involve Indirect Purchasing team in identifying the right resources and finalization of rates
To work very closely with Site Leader, HR and Finance on polices and budgets.
To aim at providing high quality service levels to customers (internal customer) and improve the same through by constant feedback from them.
In case of theft or similar incident within the sites / premises, communicate swiftly to the Security team and initiate appropriate investigation procedures.
Immediately inform Floor Leader and HR for disciplinary action.
Develop good relationship with local authorities.
Ensure incoming and outgoing material movements are well tracked and recorded as per defined security guidelines
Ensure and develop proper identification system for visitors and ensure that they are well aware of HS&E guidelines.
Ensure that Security team is well trained on firefighting procedures and act as whistle blo
