Job Description

• take Care of Incoming Phone Calls and Customer Complaint Mails Around the Products and Handle the First Level Problem Solving Over the Phones/mails.
• follow the Zoho Solution to Track and Solve Customer Tickets Online and Offline
• will Be Measured On the Positive Reviews Generated Online Post Solving Consumer Queries. Maintain Track of the Reviews
• must Handle Customer Review and Respond Effectively and Efficiently Across Various Portals Who Gives Us Access to Respond to the Customers Directly
• competent in Working with Cross Functional Domains (warehouse-finance-logistics)to Get the Reverse Pick Up Done from the Customer End and Then with the Warehouse Team to Ensure the Product Returns Within the Tat
• work Closely with Service Team to Understand & Intimate the Customer About the Issues
• generate Weekly & Monthly Reports and Suggest Action Based On That
- good Oral & Written Communication Skills to Interact with Customers. Written English Skills are Important.
- good Knowledge of Ms Office (word, Ppt & Excel). Excel Skills are Very Critical
- must have Good Business Acumen
qualification& Experience
- preferably Someone from Technical Background (, Bca)
- preferred Sectors (consumer Electronics, It, Banking)
- should Be Staying in Gurgaon and Owning Vehicle (preferable)
- minimum 2 Years of Hands On Experience in Customer Care Department

Salary 3 Lac To 4 Lac P.A.
